Posing can be one’s worst nightmare, but it does not need to be. With just a couple of tips and tricks up your sleeve, you will soon grow to love the posing process. In this article, I will explain how you can master the art of female poses.

  1. Standing Poses (Straight On) with No Props
A standing lady pose that emphasis on sleek body shape
A sleek body shape is something to aim for to take your images to the next level
One knee must be bent and the entire leg leaning almost over the other leg to create an “S” shape.
For an easier option, you have to cross one leg over the other to create a sleek shape.
The placement of arms must allow for light to move between her body and arms, which will accentuate her waist.
Watch your posture so that your shoulders will not slumped.
Create different shapes with the body.
  2. Straight pose totally sideway

3..Using Props (Accessories)

Using accessories (hats, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, etc) that coordinate with your outfit can give you a wide range of different poses.

4..Walking (Away from the Camera)

Walking away and looking back can give you a fresh new look
You have to walk away from the camera looking back at you or down to her side incorporating some movement with clothing or hair.

5..Sitting on Steps or a Chair

When you are seated it gives you many different photographic options
When you sit, you can use different angles and heights to get different looks.
If you are overweight then focus more on the below type of angle where she looks up at the camera, as this will be slimming.

Posing opportunities are endless when you use props!

6 guys posing techniques
How many times have you heard men say “oh, but I hate photo shoots”? Well, I am here to tell you that this is a myth and a case of thou ‘doth protest too much, methinks‘ (Shakespeare). In this article, I will introduce so many guys poses that you will sooner run out of sunlight and energy drinks than male posing ideas!

The best way forward with posing males is to ensure that the model is feeling relaxed and confident in themselves. This can be done by making sure that the theme suits them as an individual. If a male model comes to you and wants to dress like a rapper, but he looks more like a ‘suit’ individual, then give kind advice to this end. We may all think that we are rock stars, but not all of us can pull it off. However, if the Client is adamant about wearing his leather pants with cowboy boots, then you would n
Male Posing Ideas

1..Full-length Shots

Make sure the outfit fits your overall photo shoot theme
Various backgrounds will give you a wide range of options. In these shots, you look directly at the camera, into the distance or quite simply look at his own shoes.

2..Walking Towards the Camera

You walk with long strides towards the camera whilst looking in different directions. You must have a good posture and a neutral expression. Once again, your hands should have a purpose, perhaps by holding onto a prop (e.g. jacket).

3..Sitting (Chair Angled)
A guy posing while sitting on a chair, one of his hands are placed on his chin while he looks far into the distance
A well-chosen outfit and hairstyle completes the images perfectly
For variation, the chair can be used normally but angled slightly away from the camera so that you can look directly at the camera or away into the distance. Watch the height of your chin. Generally, guys poses call for a more serious or reflective expression.

4..Sitting (Facing Sideways – Prop or No Prop)
A guy posing while sitting on top of a building, looking away from the camera These poses are generally used on a location setting when you can sit on whatever is available including the floor. During this pose, you would look at the camera at a slight angle or into the distance.

5..using Accessories
A zoomed in shot of a guy face while he is looking down. Focus is on his bandana and jewelry.
Depending on the theme, add in bandanas, jewelry or hats to add to the mood
To create a thoughtful or moody image, take a close-up shot of your face whilst he looks away from the camera.

6..Using Angles
A guy model is posing while leaning on a wall. Shot from a low angle to make him look taller
Using different angles in each of the above poses i.e. working from above, below and eye level will give you even more variety.
If you are overweight, shoot from above to allow you to appear thinner.

5 ideals of how to use your time wisely during a lockdown.

Good evening everyone,How has been for day.I hope it was not boring.
This evening i will be talking about 5 things or ideals on how to use your time wisely during this lockdown.
The Covid-19 outbreak have forced many of us to sit tight at home – this is a good strategy in order to slow down the spread of the corona virus.

Here are seven ideas of how to use your time wisely during a lockdown. We hope you will be OK!

Things to do during quarantine

  1. Keep Learning
Having classes cancelled or reduced doesn’t mean we should stop our brains from working. There are thousands of great resources online in all possible fields to keep our brains busy.

Being isolated at home is a good opportunity to catch up with information on problems we can do something about once the lockdown is over. You can go online, maybe youtube, download new things and learn it.Learn new skills online.
Reading gives us some place to go when we have stay where we are “said by mason cooley”.

Online courses and free books
Find Resources
Many online learning platforms like Skillshare or Udemy have affordable quality courses in many areas. Online bookstores also have discounts and free e-book downloads during the lockdown.

  1. Find a new hobby
Have you ever thought about starting a blog and sharing your experience and insights or starting a discussion about a topic you feel passionate about? What about writing a fictional story inspired by your own life? Drawing and experimenting with different mediums?

There are many forms of expression we can try and we never know what might appeal to us and turn into a relaxing new pastime to get our mind off stress and pressure. Maybe solving puzzles is your thing. Or knitting. Why not testing out Photoshop to create funny (or inspirational) edits with pictures of friends and family? It is time to let our creativity go wild

  1. Family time
Some of us are more fortunate than others and have the luck of being at home with their families. Thankfully, even if we are not physically together with them we still have the option to connect with loved ones via the Internet.

Whether or not we are in the same space the time we spend stuck at home is a great opportunity to catch up with family members and get some closure.

Talking about our routines, development at work/school, new hobbies and interests, or future goals is one way to do it. There are also tones of games and activities for family members to have fun and reconnect at the same time. It is even possible to recreate a movie night over the Internet with the many screen-sharing software – get the family members in a video chat on your phone and share your computer screen to enjoy and discuss a movie together regardless of the distance between you.

Family games to play at home like scrabble, ludo, cheese and so on.

  1. Time to learn to cook (and maybe start a small garden)
A lot of us often turn to takeaway food or foods from eateries due to a busy lifestyle of lack of time for cooking. Well, now the golden opportunity of learning how to cook and spoiling ourselves with a homemade dish has finally presented itself.

Cooking can be lots of fun and allows us to choose our own ingredients and menu based on our taste (and diet). It is way healthier and usually more cost-efficient than takeaway or foods from eateries so why not give it a shot? It is also a great way to surprise friends and family during gatherings or treating a loved one – homecooked meals are the best. There are a large number of affordable recipes in all cooking difficulty levels no matter what your taste is.

Having some time on our hands is also an opportunity for another step towards a healthier lifestyle – starting a small garden at home. We don’t need a whole garden to do it, a small balcony can also do the trick. Growing organic vegetables is a highly rewarding activity which also gives us tasty products for our cooking.

  1. Practice singing or dance moves
Performing in front of other people tends to be one of the most stressful and anxious things for many people. If you are one of the people who wholeheartedly enjoy singing or dancing but are too shy to do it in front of others and join your friends in the karaoke or on the dance floor you can use the time at home to build-up confidence and practice those skills.

This is also helpful for presenting in front of an audience (for a school project for example). Having the time to practice something alone in a risk-free environment is a great way to get more comfortable and get the motivation to later do in public.

Don’t forget that most likely no one is going to pay attention to your dance moves or singing that much anyway so use the fun exercise to get rid of unnecessary worries and stress – singing and dancing tends to be quite relaxing.

Just Dance is a great game to use as practice for your dance moves. Keep practising fellas.

In conclusion:

You all should please stay safe.I love you guys soooo much😍😍😍.Stay wake for tomorrow’s post💖💖💖
